Please boot Windows normally, run 'msconfig' and remove Easeus Recovery option under 'Boot' option directly.

Our software cannot help you increase the system drive with the free space on your external drive.

In your case, please consider copying some files to the external drive or changing another larger system drive directly.

What's the exact status of the drive in our WinPE bootable disk now? You could send us a picture for check.

You could also connect the drive to another healthy computer. If you could access the drive normally, please backup your data as soon as possible.

The version 6.1.1 is too old, it is not compatible with Windows 10.

If you force to partition the Windows 10 computer hard drive with version 6.1.1, it may cause bootup issue.

It is abnormal to cost our software 20 minutes to detect the drive. The drive should have serious physical issue.
