Moving boot disk to SSD

Postby hotspur » Sun Jul 01, 2012 3:27 am

I select my source partition (C:), then select F:, my SSD. Next is grayed out,I cannot continue.

At the bottom is the message "Please select unallocated space." Is that relevant or just an artifact?

I had the same problem with the free Home edition, so I just now purchased Professional. Same problem.

I looked in Help and found it sparse and unhelpful.

Any light you can shed on this would be most welcome.

Dear hotspur,

When cloning, you need select unallocated space rather than an existing partition as the destination location. So please do as this way.
