Mobisaver 5.0 crashes on startup and freezes computer

Mobisaver 5.0 crashes on startup and freezes computer

Everytime I start the program it freezes my computer and crashes.

It's the trial Android version.

Hi DevilDante24,

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience.

To further troubleshoot the issue, please download the patch file from the link below:

http://www.recovery-soft.com/down/EMS_140404.zip

Then extract the files and use them to replace the files in the "bin" folder under the installation directory of our software.

After that, please rerun our software and try again.

If the issue persists, please run ‘EMSReport.exe’ in Bin folder under the installation path to send us the error report for further analysis.

you actually gave me a EMS4Android.exe file which is a EMSReport.exe. It only opens the report instead of the program.

Hi DevilDante24,

Did you replace the files with the patch files? Actually, you just need to run the software again after replacing the files, then check you will solve the crash issue.

However, if it doesn't work, you can run EMSReport.exe to get the log files of our product. Please send it to us for analysis.

Yeah, I replaced the files and ran the analysis and send it to support@easeus.com.
