| After 9 hours of scanning to build a directory/file ident and recovery, the programs just stops and the computer crashes. Very frustrating. It seems I can't get back to that file recovery area without having to start over. Any suggestions? |

Also, have reviewed the posts here in forum and have followed some suggestions with no joy. There are no dump files or log reports in the DRW.
Also, response time is less than expected given the difficulty of this process. |

Please don't do anything changes (overwrite/delete/format) to your partition which you want to recover data from. Please save your recovered files to your partition which you don’t want to recover data from.
According to your situation, we suggest you make a bootable CD/DVD to have a try.
