Hi guys,

Hey i have purchased new Windows mobile, since last 10 days. Before a day it was automatically restarted and from that day i can't open my memory card and can't play any song from it, please help me which one is the proper software for this situation, so i can get my data back.

We suggest you:
1. Choose ‘Complete Recovery’ to enter device list where you will see the information of your partitions;
2. Choose the partition you want to recover from and click ‘NEXT’;
3. After the ‘Intelligent Searching’, you will see one or more partitions; choose the highest suggestion partition and click ‘NEXT’ to recover.
After searching, there will be the files list, select a file, click 'Preview File'; unless file is corrupt, you can view it before recovery. (.doc, .xls, .txt, .jpg, .bmp, etc. can be previewed).

By the way, don’t make any changes to the bad disk. Please choose another normal disk to store the data. Please don’t set the partition that you want to recover as the place to store the data.
