Extracting File(s) from a PBD Backup File

Postby jmine83 » Sun Feb 07, 2010 2:59 am

I am simply wondering how I might be able to retrieve specific file(s) from a PBD backup file generated by Todo Backup. The PBD file that I have in question consists of two partitions inside. I need to be able to navigate the contents somehow and retrieve specific files.

I tried this procedure and get the error "File System Not Supported". The File System shows up as "BitLocker". Please help!

Dear starmandeluxe,

We think the partition is encrypted using BitLocker. And you did not decrypt it before performing backup operation. Our product cannot allow you mount a backup image containing encrypted partitions. In your case, please restore the partition to get the files you need.
