Is it possible to make a bootable THUMB DRIVE?

Postby bharms » Tue Jul 20, 2010 12:51 pm

I like this tool, and have been using it successfully with my laptop and desktop. I would like to also use it with my netbook. However, my netbook does not have a CD drive, and I don't want to buy a USB optical drive. The bios does, however, support booting from a thumb drive.

Is it possible to make a bootable thumb drive using Easeus?

Thanks!

Dear bharms,

Actually, our program cannot directly make a bootable USB disk program. But you can try to make a bootable USB disk program indirectly. You may locate a file named "image.iso" in the "bin" folder under the installation directory of our product.
Then use the following method to achieve your goal:
http://www.hiren.info/pages/bootcd-on-usb-disk
At step 5, you should unzip the image.iso file, and then copy everything of image.iso file to USB flash drive.

You can also refer to the following link:

Please refer to the reply of "anonislis", try the method which he provide to create bootable USB-stick.

After you try it, please tell us the result.

Sincerely,
